Roz is built to leave you alone. That extends to cookies: we use as few as possible, and never for advertising or cross-site tracking.
The marketing site (roselyn.ai) — essentially cookieless
This website is a static site with no login and no accounts. It sets no cookies of its own. For audience measurement we use PostHog, configured cookieless on this site (in-memory only, with autocapture and session replay off) — it collects aggregate, anonymized usage without setting a cookie, building an advertising profile, or tracking you across other sites.
The account portal (app.roselyn.ai) — one essential cookie
When you sign in to manage your account and billing, the portal sets a single essential cookie: an
encrypted, HttpOnly session cookie (issued via our authentication provider, WorkOS) that keeps you
signed in and secures the session. It is strictly necessary for the portal to function — without it we
couldn’t keep you logged in — so it does not require consent. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
If you opt in to product analytics in the portal, PostHog additionally sets a first-party analytics cookie so we can understand and improve the signed-in experience. This is optional — it is only set after you opt in, you can decline, and declining never affects your access.
What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No cross-site or third-party tracking cookies.
- No session-replay or fingerprinting.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the portal’s essential session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in to your account.
