Email support@roselyn.ai. To help us help you, include your macOS version, the Roz version (shown in the app), what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. Never send us passwords, API keys, or your vault contents — we don't need them.
Because we're a small team during the beta, we do best-effort support on business days rather than a 24/7 SLA. We'll always be honest about what we can and can't do yet. For security issues, use ourSecurity page.

Installing & first run
Open the DMG, drag Roz to Applications, and launch it. On first run Roz walks you through Full Disk Access, Contacts/Calendar permissions, unlocking your vault, and connecting your sources. Verify the published SHA-256 checksum before you run the installer.
Your data & privacy
Roz is local-first: what it learns lives in an encrypted vault on your Mac. A billing problem never locks you out of your own data. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what leaves your machine, and when.
Billing & your account
Manage your subscription, invoices, and payment method in your account portal. Refunds are 14 days, no questions asked. Cancelling is self-service and never locks your local data.
